The municipality Byala is located in North-East Bulgaria (Varna District) in the central part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The most important components of the natural wealth of Byala town are the sea and its coast, as well as the mountain with its forest and other resources. The territory of the municipality is crossed by road I-9, which is the international road Е-87. The geographic location of the area of Byala makes it a focus of tourism activities. Byala town is at almost equal distance of from two large district centers - Bourgas and Varna; hence it is a crossing point of the transport connections between these cities.
