The small building of the complex creates a peculiar domesticity for rest with all modern conveniences – a hydraulic lift, a sauna, a gym, a jacuzzi, a massage room. There are parking lots in front of the building. Fire places could be built in every apartment for client’s comfort. All of the apartments have terraces. The building has a wonderful exposure to The Glazne River and Mount Todorka , one of Pirin’s peaks.
Residential building Edelweiss is with total build-up area of 1447.9 sq. m and consists of a basement, a ground floor, three standard floors and a mansard. There are five studios with separate sanitary premises and 25 one-bedroom apartments, which include an entrance-hall, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a toilet and a terrace.
The apartments and the studios are luxury furnished:
- kitchenette – a sink, economical hot-plates, an absorber, cupboards;
- living room, equipped with upholstered furniture, a table, four chairs, a dressing table;
- bedroom – a bedroom suite with a spring-bed, night-tables, a dressing table;
- corridor – a dressing table with a mirror;
- bathroom and toilet – wash-basin, a shower-cabin and accessories.
The unique warm atmosphere of Edelweiss Complex is due to the inherent building characteristics for the town of Bansko – a broken-up roof of the attic apartments, stone in combination with wood in the facing of the facade, red roof-tiles in a classic style.
Payment plan:
- First payment - 30% of the price - at signing of a contract
- Second payment – 20% of the price – at completion of the foundations works
- Third payment – 30% of the price – at height of building
- Fourth payment – 20% of the price – at signing of Certificate 16
- 2000 Euro – reservation – deducted from the last payment.
Bansko is the most quickly developing ski resort in southeast Europe with population of 10 000 residents.
