Ceramic tiles on the floors and latex water-based paint on walls and ceilings is planned.

 Sanitary and lighting fixtures installed.
 Heating - a fireplace is with a possibility for installation of additional heating systems or electric converters with electronic control.

 Kitchen and furnishing with a total interior solution available upon an additional agreement.

Аt a declared interest the buyer pays 1000 EUR for reservation.

  Payment plan:

30% - 15 days after signing the Preliminary contract;
30% - at the construction stage (rough construction);
30% - at issuing Act 15 (for the delivery from the building company to the investor of the building);
10% - at the final competition, issuing the Notary deed
