The town of Shabla is located in the northern part of the Black Sea coast (is the eastern-most settlement in Bulgaria) and boosts with a clean and beautiful beach. It is only 24km away from the Bulgarian-Romanian border.The small town is a fast-developing resort some 83 km away from Varna. Shabla has a rich history. The settlement`s emergence dates back to Thracian times. Later on, the town became a Greek colony, followed by a Roman fortress, named Karia, with an adjacent harbour in the vicinity of the Shabla cape.
