The first floor comprises a living-room, kitchen and dining-room. On the second floor are located three bedrooms. The house is unfurnished.

Dragomirovo village is situated in the North part Bulgaria, only 9 km. away from the main road Rouse- Sofia. There is a reservoir and a pine wood in the village. Only 8 km. away from Dragomirovo, in the village of Ovcha Mogila is situated a SPA complex.

In the first weekend of November each year, the traditional festival of the village is being lead.
