Renovations completed

Brand new roof, that includes all new rafters, ridges and hips, decent quality roofing felt, new battens. The tiles were in good condition and were cleaned, and replaced.
New plasterboard ceilings in the living room, kitchen and passage way as part of new roof works.
All interior and exteriors walls/ceilings were painted with quality paints. All wooden windows and doors again painted.
Demolition of garden shelters which were unsafe or of no use.

The picturesque village of Petrov Dol, which is 35 km west of Varna city , near the highway Varna – Sofia and 20 min drive to Varna city.
The nearest major town of  Provadia is 8 km to the west of  Petrov Dol. And has all town facilities as Police Stations, Hospitals, restaurants and bars.
The area has historical places to visit, hills and canyons to hike, lakes for fishing and relaxing, there are no industrial pollutants, the local people are very friendly and helpful. Life in the village is cheap for foreigners as the local milk, egg, vegetable, fruit and  meat products as well as locally produced sprits and wines are healthy and very low priced compared to major towns.
There are already eight British families  living in the village.
