Sokolovo is a big village, part of Balchik Municipality. It stands 10 km away from the sea and 26 km away from the town of Dobrich. The village has become a preffered place for the investors over the last years. A number of holiday homes and villas have been recently developed. It is well organized and very attractive spot due to its closeness to the sea and all neccessary facilities for a permanent living.

    Balchik municipality is located in North-East Bulgaria in Dobrich District. It is a Black Sea municipality, a resort center and a popular tourist destination. There are 2 ports in the Municipality - Cargo berth and Yacht marine.  Albena resort complex is one of the most beautiful resorts on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The Touzlata sanatorium resort complex with the curative mud and salt-water lake is another potential site for investments.
