The price per sq. m. for the terraces larger than 10 sq. m. will be calculated based on the price per sq. m. for each particular apartment divided in two (which applies for each sq. m above these ten sq. m.)

The smaller apartments come  with a basement set in the underground floor, and larger apartments will be equipped with a closet within the flat’s floorage. Allocated car parking in two underground levels.  Additional price for a parking space – 16 500 EUR with VAT included. The basements are sold 660 E per sq.m.

Fast and comfortable connection from the underground levels to the top floors will be provided by the elevators.
Provided management and maintenance of the common parts and equipment in the complex at the price of 7 EUR/ sq. m. a year.
Gas Central heating system with individual wall-hanging boiler and radiators for each apartment. The gas distribution units will be designed and installed in a way without narrowing the space and harmonizing with the architecture.

The investor of this unique project located in Manastirski Livadi, has concluded an agreement with “Raifeissen Bank” for granting mortgage loan, after singing of preliminary contract and payment of 10 % of the asking price.

Reservation deposit 2000 EUR

10 % of the asking price within 3 days after singing the preliminary contract

20% when foundations have been built
30% when obtained certificate 14 (when the roof is completed)
30 % when obtained certificate 15
10% when obtained certificate 16 (ready for occupation)

Transferring of property ownership when 100% payment has been received and after the rough construction works have been completed.
