   RESERVATION
Any CASSIOPEIA chalet can be reserved for 20 days with a non-refundable deposit of €1000 EUR.

  PAYMENT PLAN:
• 30% of the sales price - at signig the preliminary contract for sale (include Reservation deposit)
• 30% of the sales price - at the completion of the second floor level and finishing of the roof
• 30% of the sales price - at the full completion of the building and sign Act 15
• 10% of the sales price - at the signing the notary deeds and transfering the chalet to the client
